Creating a web ticket
Browse to www.reeddata.com. Choose ‘Support’ and then ‘Web Ticket Manager’. Enter your username and password and click ‘Logon’. At the top of the screen, click on ‘Add Ticket’. Enter in relevant information to the issue you are having and click ‘Submit Ticket’. The first available representative will take your ticket and give you a call back.
