What is eDoc Innovations's WebTicket?!

WebTicket is the easiest way to place your request into the eDoc Innovations support queue. The best time to use it is when your issue is not urgent (although we know all support issues are critical) or when you are unable to reach us by phone. It’s easy to use and effective in getting results.

To enter your request in the support queue, you simply log on online to WebTicket and open a new Software Support ticket. While you are in the system you may also view the status of existing tickets, update tickets, and search our Knowledge Base. All available 24/7!

To log on, you will need a username and password. You can request a username and password via our Account Request Form. WebTicket is available on our website at https://support.reeddata.com/scripts/slxweb.dll/external?name=custportalor under the Support tab of our Homepage called the “WebTicket Manager”.
