Now that you have had time to catch your breath from holiday parties, year end closing, and everything else that surrounds getting a new year started right, eDoc wants to remind you that it would be a great time to check for the expiration date of you eDoc product license(s).
Allow me to explain. Each year there are two things that occur that need your attention:
- Your annual fee which is due in November (THANK YOU) and
- Your license renewal which is to take place before the anniversary of when you first activated your eDoc product.
You will probably get an automatically generated notice telling you that your license is about to expire. Don’t ignore it because your license won’t automatically renew even though you have paid your annual fee.
To check if your license is about to expire simply open the application, go to the “HELP” tab and select the “ABOUT” function. The screen will tell you when the expiration date is. When you are within 30 days of the expiration, please give us a call at 1-800-425-7766 and we renew it for you.
