2020iDOCTM allows employees to access any document stored in 2020DOC® or Email-4-Statements® via your intranet. Documents traditionally stored for permanent archive and ablative evidence purposes can now be leveraged without installing and maintaining a desktop application. Documents such as cleared checks, client statements, contracts, and loan documents are a few examples.
Employees can securely access pertinent information about client accounts with a standard browser. Copies of the original documents can also be sent to the clients registered email address right within 2020iDOCTM.
2020iDOCTM eliminates the need for product installation accross your network. Upgrades are also very simple. For some, 2020iDOCTM eliminates the need to purchase costly server licenses.
