eDoc Innovations

“For over 15 years we have innovated edoc management. Now its not just our objective, its our name!”

Company Overview

Founded in 1992, eDoc Innovations Inc. is a privately held company that delivers complete optical archiving and electronic document delivery systems. We are located in the pristine setting of Midway, Utah--host city of the 2002 Olympic Cross Country and Biathlon events.

eDoc Innovations began its operations servicing primarily Credit Unions. Since our inception, we have expanded our client base to include banks, mortgage and title companies, educational institutions, governmental entities, accounting firms, and other organizations. Today eDoc Innovations services over 500 clients across the country and internationally.

We offer solutions that are cost effective with a high return on investment. We pride ourselves on designing software technology that pays for itself. Our products are intuitive and easy to use.

Corporate Philosophy

Our vision is to provide the means for the CU to “perpetuate member information over long period’s of time and to leverage that information for the benefit of the CU staff and their members, without becoming dependent upon a vendor that utilizes proprietary software or hardware”. We, as a company, do not think its right that critical member data (what is stored in an archiving solution), which is governed by regulatory requirements and is stored long term, should be held hostage from the CU who owns it. For a CU to maintain ownership, control and independence of their member data is crucial. We designed our systems to provide you with an open architecture system that enables the maintenance of data ownership, control and independence by the CU. Therefore our system is built on the following foundations:

  • A universal vendor interface that allows us to work with any core data processing vendor
  • The use of standard file formats
  • The ability to work with any standard operating system
  • The ability to work with standard hardware
  • The use of hard drive storage (vs. juke box scenario)
  • The use of CD-R/DVD-R technology
  • Data flexibility

Having accomplished that, the real issue is no longer operational but one of ownership; do you own and have control over your critical member data?
