Position: Software Support Technician
Position Summary: The candidate will support all aspects of eDoc applications. Train clients on use and administration of software installed. Candidate will work from eDoc corporate headquarters in Midway, Utah.
Required Skills: Financial Industry based software company. Prospects need excellent communication skills, basic computer/network trouble shooting skills and a willingness to learn our proprietary software. Excellent organizational, customer service, customer relations, and communication skills. Hands on experience configuring Window 2000, XP, 2000 Server, and Server 2003. Knowledge of document archiving systems is beneficial. Must be a self starter and be able to work in a team environment.
